🧲 Embedded Magnet Design

This frame is designed so the magnet is embedded inside the 3D print, rather than being glued onto the finished frame. This creates a clean, finished look and helps keep the magnet securely enclosed within the printed piece.

When using the STL file, you will need to add a pause in your slicer during the print. At the designated point in the print, pause the printer, place the magnet into the frame, and then resume printing so the remaining layers enclose the magnet.

Because the correct pause layer can vary depending on your layer height, first-layer settings, printer, and slicer profile, please use your slicer's layer preview to determine the appropriate pause point before printing.

Tip: We recommend doing a test print first to confirm the pause location and magnet placement with your specific printer and settings.

📐 DESIGNED FOR 2" PHOTO MAGNETS

This mini frame is designed to fit our 2" square photo magnets and is ideal for creating your own personalized magnetic photo displays.

The simple square design keeps the focus on the photo while adding a finished, decorative look.

🖨️ PRINTING

The frame is designed for standard FDM 3D printing.

Suggested starting settings:

• 0.4mm nozzle
• PLA or similar filament
• Standard/medium layer height
• Adjust settings as needed for your printer and filament

🧲 MAGNET INSTALLATION

The magnet is designed to be enclosed within the 3D print rather than attached to the outside of the finished frame.

The STL requires a pause during printing so the magnet can be placed at the appropriate stage of the print.

Because the correct pause layer depends on your printer, layer height, first-layer settings, and slicer profile, always use your slicer's layer preview to determine the appropriate pause point before printing.

The included 3MF may provide a prepared setup, but you should still verify the settings for your own printer.
